Information you choose to provide
A live inquiry collects your name, email, phone, contact preference, real-estate goal, city, property type, timing, and any optional property details or notes. A property address is requested for seller and home-value reviews. An optional mortgage introduction is recorded separately; a representative must confirm the receiving company and proposed sharing before making that introduction.
Why the information is used
The information supports the requested real-estate follow-up, inquiry delivery, security, and consent records. Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers, if supplied in an entry link, may accompany a final inquiry to explain its source. Contact details, street addresses, and free-text notes are excluded from the website’s analytics event payloads.
Website storage and optional technologies
Basic planning selections may be saved for this browser session. Contact details, addresses, and notes are not stored in browser progress. Bounded campaign identifiers and a landing-page reference may also be kept for up to 24 hours in this browser session so a live inquiry retains its source across pages. Privacy preferences are saved on this browser until you change or clear them. A short-lived security session is used by the live request service. This build includes no active advertising or analytics service.
Where a live inquiry goes
When enabled, an inquiry is saved in the responsible brokerage’s restricted website inbox. Approved hosting, email, and CRM service providers may process it to operate the service and arrange follow-up. Delivery records distinguish receipt in the inbox from later email or CRM delivery. The website does not publish inquiry records.
Retention and security
The live website’s routine inquiry-retention period is the period selected by the responsible brokerage before live inquiries are enabled. A record subject to a documented legal hold may need to be retained longer. Do not use this public form for Social Security numbers, account credentials, medical information, identification documents, or wire instructions.
Your privacy choices

You may also request access, correction, deletion, or an opt-out connected to information previously submitted. Requests are reviewed according to the business, activity, and law that apply.
